Whoa... Didn't know until just now that Blogger has a nice, new interface =D. Just goes to show how often I update this site. Hmmm... Really 'fat mou' lah this blog.

Having exams again next week. At the same time, will have to hand in at least two assignments. Really hope I pass, so I don't have to go through this torture again. I'll have about a month before classes for CLP start. And eventually sit for the CLP exams.

Exam after exam after exam, is that what life is all about? *sigh*

And just what the heck happened to BlogOut? Site not found. Dang.

Went over to my neighbour's house to borrow some DVDs today, enough to last me at least two weeks or so. Thought it would be good to start with "The Hours", since supposed to be Oscar nominated and all. After watching the thing though, I was like WTF?! I totally had no idea what message the movie was trying to convey or even if it had any message to convey to its audience. All I could figure out was that it was about these three women living in different times who were: 1) seriously unhappy with their lives, 2) liked both boys AND girls, and 3) had something to do with this novel which the woman played by Nicole Kidman wrote.

Talking about Ms. Kidman, the prosthetic nose and make up thing is really amazing, throughout the scenes she was in, I kept trying to 'see' the 'real' Nicole Kidman under all the artificial stuff, which I think was probably the most interesting bit about the movie. I like watching artistic/independent movies most of the time and I know how weird or confusing they can be, but I really could not catch this one's meaning. I mean you almost know it's trying to tell you something, but you just can't figure out what. Could it be this is bcuz I'm a guy and this is a movie about women? :)

You know what, I really can't stand those female bloggers (they are invariably girls) who are just soooooo full of themselves, like they think they're goddesses or something just bcuz a lot of ppl worship them online, especially the ones who actually put on make up to take their cam pics.

Oh, not just make up, they actually put on a pretty dress too. If you didn't know it, you'd probably think they have formal dinners to go to every night or something.

Jeez, some of them even have the nerve to put their wishlists or what not on their blog, expecting ppl to buy stuff for them. HELLO! If you want something, why don't u just go work for it FFS!

It's really sickening, it's like "Everybody look at how pretty and perfect I am, see all those pathetic no-life losers worship and buy stuff for me just for one pitiful comment of apprecitation from their favorite goddess." And some people say guys have big egos.

Damn, it's really driving me frickin' nuts staying at home all day everyday... When is this goddamn SARS epidemic gonna friggin end already? Then at least I can feel safe going out for coffee or something else and without having to wonder which person in the crowd might be infected. This sounds somewhat paranoid, but IMHO it's better to be paranoid than to be careless sometimes. Luckily my distance learning course is gonna start in a few days, which means I'll at least have something besides playing computer games, going online or watching TV all day to numb my brain... OTOH, it also means I have to *study*, which is a PITA *groan*...

Was really bored sitting at home, thought it would be a good idea to change my blog layout to kill time a bit (or so I thought), especially since everyone else is doing it, why not? About time I suppose, and didn't much like the last layout anyway.

Of course, being the lazy type, instead of firing up HomeSite and Photoshop, I loaded up my favourite browser Opera and surfed over to BlogSkins where I got myself a nifty little template and tweaked it until I was happy with it using Dreamweaver.

Still, its almost 5 am already, my stomach is growling like crazy ,I feel like my head's starting to float away and my brain is having trouble controlling my eyelids liao, gonna fall asleep on the keyboard already. Damn, this shit is time consuming, definitely not gonna do any more major layout changes any time soon.
